Scandinavia on the River Scheldt

“A visionary urban development” is how Triple Living sums up the 20-hectare Nieuw Zuid (New South) residential district in Antwerp, which is scheduled to be completed by late 2025. The description is spot-on, considering how sustainability, quality of life and meticulous attention to architectural detail are so closely intertwined in this project. Dream a little dream with these images of HÅVN, designed by Swedish architect Johannes Norlander. Matthijs & Co was the general contractor responsible for the pristine interior finish.
